Personal Pledge

Pike Place Market – Seattle, WA

Farmer’s Market – I’ll visit them more often this summer!

I *insert my name here* shall not eat processed food again in the next 30 days. Hopefully this pledge will go on for another 3 months then maybe 1/2 a year and aaaah….Hopefully just a faint of hope I would be able to extremely cut down to the minimal-est (lol) level my intake of processed food this year and many years to come (why not?). So here’s to “Hopefully” everyone!

PS: I finally watched “Food Inc.” phewww wow just wow

PPS: No I am not going to be a vegetarian nor vegan yet (hmm Good Heavens!) but I will try to my damnest ability and my wallet share (lol) to buy “organic” meat.

PPPS (hahaha) : This is NOT a joke! I will give you an update in exactly 30 days ok?

  1. By processed food, you mean only canned food or any industrialy processed food. Like, u know, those you have to defroze them and heat in microwaves, like pizza or pie or lasagna??

either way, no can do for me… i like my tuna sandwich :-)
wait, let me think about this… hummmmm… nooope, still denied… I support you guys “moralement”
yes I do eat the real meat too almost everyday, they’re tasty so much more, but sometimes quick things help… a lot… a lot

PS: u know, this would be the time u really needed to put a picture to help some of us who are very useless in knowing food’s names ;-)

  2. Simp> Re-salut ela! I mean any industrially processed food. This means I need or should make everything from scratch ;-) Unless…..they are organic stuffs but still I’ll just try to cut down my pre-packaged food intake period even though they’re organic. However…lol….I shall not make yogurt from scratch because that’s just slavery lol
I couldn’t find any picture (taken by me) that suited this post but now I kinda do so that one will do for now.
